This introductory course takes you deep into the foundations of Hidden In Plain Sight: A Private Capacity, one of the UK’s newest and increasingly recognised books within the sovereign and private capacity community.
 
Across 4 in-depth lessons, with over 8 hours of recorded video before a live audience, DeJure guides students through the core principles behind the private capacity, the legal capacity, the structure of governance, inherent rights, and the LEGAL Person(a).
This is not a course built on empty ideology, online theory, or repeated slogans. It is a practical walk-through of how to see, test, and understand the system through the realm’s own language, legislation, presumptions, and nuances.
 
Using DeJure’s “Follow the Yellow Brick Road” method, the course demonstrates how to trace each idea back to its foundation. Rather than simply accepting a belief, students are shown how to examine the words, Acts, statutes, definitions, capacities, and legal distinctions that reflect and support the position being discussed.

The Straw-Man — The LEGAL Person(a)
Examining the legal name, registration, legal capacity, presumed consent, estate, personhood, and the difference between the living being and the legal identity.
At its core, this course teaches students how to distinguish between the private capacity and the legal capacity. The legal realm presumes identity, status, consent, and obligation through titles, registration, paperwork, and participation. The private capacity begins with being — the living man or woman, standing in truth, equity, conscience, and substance.
 
Through the principle of substance over form, students are guided to look beyond surface appearances and ask: what is actually being claimed, what criteria has been met, where is the consent, where is the obligation, and what does the realm’s own written structure reveal?
 
This course is for those who are ready to move beyond slogans and begin understanding the structure beneath the surface. It is for those who want to learn how to think, how to follow the trail, and how to recognise where the realm’s own words reflect the very principles being discussed.
